Study on Electrophysical Properties in KMnO4-Doped Grade "Xorazm-150" Cotton Fibers

چکیده

The main objective of the research was to identify semiconducting characteristics mature medium-thick (diameter 14, 15 µm) "Xorazm-150" cotton fibers both undoped and doped with 1.5% aqueous solution KMnO4, including current versus voltage temperature dependence, dependence electrical conductivity, influence doping time on photoconductivity. conducted in range (296-360 K) (0-100 V). infrared spectra KMnO4-doped samples were studied (Both mercilized NaOH). It found that sample KMnO4 had considerably higher conductivity than sample. determined obeys law Ohm when flows through it. Also, it analyzed formation photoconductivity under ultraviolet radiation indicates is mainly related band electron-hole pairs. deep surface created by a water have an activation energy from results.
